Follow these steps for your perfectly structured CV:

1. Personal information: your full name, address, telephone number and email address.

2. Career objective or profile: A brief summary of your career goals or a profile highlighting your key skills and experience.

3. Work experience: A chronological list of your previous jobs, starting with your current or most recent position. For each position, include the company name, the time period, your position, and a brief description of your duties and achievements.

4. Education: A list of your educational qualifications, starting with the highest degree. Include the name of the institution, the course of study, the date of graduation, and any awards or special achievements.

5. Skills and knowledge: A list of your relevant skills and knowledge, including language skills, software knowledge, certificates or special qualifications.

6. Internships or volunteer work: If relevant, internships, volunteer work or other relevant experience can also be listed.

7. References: If you wish, you can also provide references, but usually only contact details are sufficient.

Make sure your resume is clear and easy to read. Use clear headings and bullet points to highlight important information, and keep your resume no longer than two pages unless you have extensive work experience.
